$abbatage - 2021 Artist's Statement from Me

Even though I keep several microenterprises in the incubator, I forget to stop applying for jobs at other companies. It seems they stopped hiring me ages ago. Until recently I just never quite figured out that my next step really should be to stop applying, get funded and start hiring. Either after or during a seven year sabbatical. I say that because my career and business interests are totally eclipsed by my conscience. Fortunately for me, investing does not have to be. It feels great to figure these things out now. So I aspire to continue my work from home and make occasional excursions to remote havens, well-guarded from idiot ideologues and demagogue mobs. This time with adequate income. I just may have to reverse engineer some of those stagnant and dysfunctional societal constructs to make it happen the right way
